Switzerland wanted the same service as Great Britain of paying 2s.6d. to speed the letter through the Censor office, has typewritten ''Care of the Censor of Urgent Matter/London E.C.'', very rare. Photo.In July 1915, following bitter complaints of commercial delay due to slowness in the censor's office, a new service at a fee of 2s.6d. was introduced to 'express' mail to neutral countries.
