1422 Sarawak: 1945 “Postage Paid/15 cents/C.A.O./MARUDI” typewritten label in violet (being an impression from the carbon paper), initialled and with light authorising district chop and part Bahrain cancellation, usual imperfections, fine for these. These labels were issued by C.B. Murray, Civilian Affairs Officer at Marudi after failing to receive requested supplies of stamps.
